Impressionist Attempts

This is a gallery of photos that I made in an attempt to employ impressionist techniques. Most photographers associate impressionism with blurry. I make enough blurry pictures without doing it on purpose. So to me impressionism is enhanced color, flattened perspective and sometimes soft focus. Please let me know what you think in the comments.

I'm a retired engineer, hobby photographer, husband, father and grandfather. I am not a Wordpress expert, but probably will by the time I get this working to my satisfaction.
